A truly stunning picture. The light makes your soul shiver, and the beauty of the scenery makes you smile, ending up in a perfect mix of what this picture can give you. The photo looks as if the scenery wasn't even real, it is like a magical place which appears only in our dreams, and I believe this has been achieved with a reduced resolution and sharpness with focus on the closest objects and slight blur on the distance which simulates something like a third-dimensional space, and when you look at it, you can easily imagine standing right there, on the road, enjoying the view on your own. The warmth of the colors fits perfectly with the sunrise (sunfall?), and the shafts of light create an interesting bloom on the forest flora. My overall rating would be that this picture should and will please anyone with eyes of art.

First let me say this is an amazing scene. I don't know if they develop unexpectedly or if you know to stake out a place and wait for what you expect. My reaction to this scene is first wishing I could be there, too; and for that I give the image high marks. However, and this is in the context of your gallery of exceptional work, my eye wanders all over this scene. In most of your similar images there is a focus, provided either by fading light or by the pathway that guides the eye. In this image my focus seems guided by the light rays to the three different locations: The first, on the pathway, illuminates detail but by contrast with the darkened remainder of the pathway actually blocks my eye from tracking along the path. So my focus wanders to the second ray, illuminating the side of the pathway -- but there's nothing really there. The third ray shows promise: There is something wing-like, filament-y up there; it's not "natural" in this scene and seems to be worthy of a story. It's the only thing that seems unnatural here and therefore draws focus. You probably worked this scene from various angles and they just didn't offer what your experienced eye knew to be a better composition.
This is all my way of saying that I have great admiration for your other images.
This image is beautiful, but to me it lacks the impact of your other work.

This is most beautiful! The way the lighting comes in a gives a sense of harmony is legendary. I feel like I can walk down this path with absolute peace of mind. Everthing lines up naturally, and no gimmicks or eye tricks at all, and it's like a surreal dream. This work is close to legendary. Very natural, and stunning, too! Your choice of it's color functions,and eases the eyes on this work. Very good, perfect, and fantastic overall. Your vision and quality is very good, and one can hope to see a very good future for your work here.
