New banner, I like it. I tried to make it slightly different then what I usually do and it's working for me (and this particular banner). Did a lot of editing on the right pic. Too bad I have no idea what I did again... so I can't really use the same technique again...
I always forget what step I previously took, I often just go with the flow, what seems right at the time. Comments are greatly appreciated so please leave me some feedback.

Yes, exactly the same way that I work, too
Generally I like it. The two faces on the left could be either more visible or left out, and the two vertical bars on the left of the girl somehow are too clean compared to the rest of the whole banner.

Thanks, yeah the background picture isn't exactly how I pictured it and those bars were burned, cause any other effect than that was just out of place. Unfortunately the texture underneath isn't so textury there so it looks indeed a little clean.
Thank you for being so honest. I like all comments really, but constructive criticism gives me good pointers on how to make my work even better next time.
