This idea was suggested by autumnrose83 following Disney Transformations and Disney in Wonderland .
So here are eight fashions inspired by Disney menfolk. Each doll follows the hairstyle and colour scheme of a member in Ariel's family. The girls' clothing are based on the scene in the third film, in which they are all young, thus a younger feel to the designs.
You absolutely do not have to read anything below, unless you are curious to know how I came up with each design.

  As Queen Athena is a mother, I thought the frilly skirts looked a little young for her. The sneakers are for all the 'running around' mothers have to do - especially with seven daughters! However I 'dolled' the outfit up by replacing her golden tiara with a big floppy bow.
  Attina is the oldest of the seven sisters, and seen as the 'responsible' one. While I put her in a dress, the frills are minimal and her shoes are classic and her crown marks her position as heir to the throne.
  Alana has adopted a more girly style, as she takes pride in her appearance. More decorative layering of her skirt and bows on her shoes reflect this characteristic.
  Aquata is the most sporty of her sisters, thus I based her outfit on a tennis player's. The mini skirt allows for maximum movement, and the socks and sneakers are perfect for the outdoors.
  I've put Arista in a dress inspired by the 40's-50's because I believe the style suits her 'play-it-by-the-book' perspective. I think the white shoes and black socks add a jazzy touch to the outfit, reflecting her love of music.
  In the Little Mermaid prequel, Adella is conveyed as slightly insecure but constantly seeking the attention of guys. I made her dress over the top with frills and bows to emphasise her personality.
  Adrina loves to explore, but she too wants to look her best at all times. The long boots will allow her to discover new places without getting too dirty, while the simple but sweet dress allows her to do so in style.
  And of course we all know Ariel's personality! Like Adrina, she loves to explore, but she's willing to go even further and completely change her appearance in order to do so. Hence, she is the only daughter in overalls.

Before anyone asks, yes I actually bothered to research their personalities before I made this. Why, I have no idea, but I hope it was worth it XD If you read all of this, then I sincerely congratulate you and simultaneously apologise for wasting your precious time.
