Description
This is my entry for GirlsGoGamesClub 's February Challenge - to create yourself as a Disney Princess is Doll Divine's Princess Doll Maker. On the left is me in my profile outfit, on the right is a more 'princess-y' outfit. But I like to keep things simple and sweet.
I hope you like it
BACKGROUND
(Warning: Only read if really bored. Otherwise, you will be).
I never really saw myself as a Disney princess, more of a forest maiden - a non-royal heroine who was one with nature. Not that I'd have the gift of being able to talk to animals or anything, but more understand their behaviour and know what they need without them verbally asking - even larger creatures like bears.
I'd live off the earth, drinking water from streams, sleeping in caves, hunting only what I need (with a bow and arrow, I love archery!). I'd understand the call of the wind, somewhat like Pocahontas. But if I were to be a princess, I'd be a lost princess like Rapunzel - only I imagine I'd be abandoned in the woods by a king and queen who wanted a son as heir to the throne. Then I'd be raised by a pack of wolves or something (like Mowgli from the Jungle Book), and learn to fend for myself at a young age, watching how birds swoop down on their prey; how big cats stalk, stay hidden and pounce; how bears catch fish; how squirrels climb trees, and know which plants to eat and which are poisonous. My personality's always reflected Belle's from Beauty and the Beast - I look beyond the eight-eyed spider and watch as she weaves her web so carefully and preciscley, seeing the beauty in things most people fear or dislike. And I love to read, but if as a Disney heroine I grew up in the woods, I wouldn't have that skill but I'd still have some intellegence. And much like Rapunzel I love art, particularly drawing nature like Jane Porter (and exploring like her)!
I can't sing or dance, I don't trust easily and there's always a hair out of place. In reality I'm not brave, but I'd like to be as a Disney heroine.
So I guess, overall, I'd be a cross between Pocahontas, Rapunzel, Belle, Jane Porter and Mowgli.

I really like this piece, very nice.
Unfortunately, DollsDivine does not save on my computer, I've tried several games including this one.

Oh, that sucks! To be honest, this game only saves the image on my computer anyway, so I had to screenshot it which is why it still has the 'prince', 'princess' and 'background' buttons bottom left

Better to have that than nothing.

I am uncertain. I really just have basic computer skills, but my finace is the computer savvy one.
I'll have to ask him. Still need to get Photoshop downloaded.

Wow! You'd make a great Disney Heroine!
Whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa-whoa: Wait a second. Did you say that you....YOU DO ARCHERY?!
(or practice archery, whatever the proper term is)

Haha, I wouldn't say 'practice archery', I've done it a few times at camps or parties and fallen in love with it. It would be my weapon of choice

You are so lucky. I've never done archery and I've been wanting to practice it since, I don't know, forever! (that is an exaggeration, but you get my point)

So nice.. I've been wondering, how did you cut the dolls from another maker and paste them on another maker (eg. from the fairytale scene maker to the snow queen maker) so neatly?

I erased the background on Keynote (which is like Powerpoint for Mac - but I think most people would use photoshop) then just re-sized them and stuck them in.

Oh, I see. Thank you for the tip. I had been having problems with the edges.
