I did something like this a LONG time ago: omg t3h crap. It took me HOURS back then. I'm proud to say that I've improved immensely since 2003.
45 minutes, Photoshop 7.
From now on, anything I draw that contains slash will just have a warning in the title. It's better than making everything mature content.
EDIT: Added the kanji and messed with the texture.
I love writing Chinese characters.

Gratuitous comment? O_o; What's that mean? I did this completely on Photoshop. Hehehe. There's this filter called "texturizer" that makes funky canvas-type patterns.
