The American line is just so pathetic, like something they just put there to make fun of villains like how they were trying to establish Mewtwo as in the American version of the movie.
The Japanese version is better, where instead it questions its power.
Is this my power? Am I the strongest Pokemon in the world? Mew? Am I stronger than you?
It better establishes Mewtwo as the complex being struggling to find meaning and purpose, rather than wanting to take over the world like a Simpson parody villain.
