Sorry I have been very busy for the past half of the year as I have been kept busy with some other projects. But I promise I'll come up with something better next time and will do my best to answer all of your questions. Thanks for staying with me

Now, the coloured version. I think I broke my rule on neutrality here. And to be honest, I wasn't really sure what I was really going for (except that I was listening to 'Dizzy' by the Goo Goo Dolls).

They were gonna get together officially, in the finale!
After the war finally ends and her brother is punished to exile, Gazlene goes with Zim to Irk, where Zim takes over as Tallest, because he discovers the beauty in human life and uses this as his way to finally grow in appropriate height and usurp Red and Purple from their glorified position on the Irken throne, with Gaz as his queen consort, since even Zim himself fears, admires and respects the doom Gaz can bring. And the title character of the game Vampire Piggy Hunter IS basically Zim as Tallest, essentially. Which is funny, 'cause in Invader Dibβwhere Tak returns to side with Dib & Gaz sides with ZimβZim as Tallest actually happens, after he sends Tak and Dib to remote Saturn as punishment for fighting against him, and Zim replaces incompetent Red and Purple as ruler of planet Irk, with Gaz at his side as his queen and wife.
The set-up of Gaz siding with Zim is at the end of Ten Minutes 'Til Doom, where Zim is saved from Dib taking away his PAK (i.e. his BRAIN & LIFE SUPPORT) at the very last nanosecond by some strange hand of fate that just might be a hooded figure shrouded in mystery (said hooded figure reveals herself as Gaz later in continuing this story). In fact, given voice actor SUPPORT (Richard finds it cute [never mind that Zimβas a defectβis capable of showing human emotion] & Melissa hath said that "Gaz can love. She's just better than everyone else!"), given that all other characters are simply background filler, given that Jhonen BARFS at ZADR & has said outright that ZATR will NOT happen, given series moments (ex: umbrella scene in The Wettening, Gaz's "I've got a squeedily spooch" off-hand comment and the organ replacement bit in Dark Harvest, and in Tak: The Hideous New Girl when Gaz decided to "save the Earth then" due to lack of games in Zim's base, because of Gaz briefly waving and smirking at Zim before she took him down in an epic space fight), and given an INSIDE JOKE from the entire cast (as per the DVD commentary on the Tak episode, "Gaz is Zim's potential love interest"), ZAGR is the likely would-be canon alongside DATR.
Additionally, the whole "antennae rubbing = pleasurableβand potentially sexualβstimulation" is a fan invention, but it works, since Irkens are different from humans and Zim being a defect makes him somewhat different from his own kind, as well. Another connection between Gaz and Zim would be that, since he was born in a tube and Gaz would have been revealed to be a clone experiment of "father" Professor Membrane (ditto for "brother" Dib), them both being part machine links them as would their similar tastes (both hate humanity, both torture Dib for laughs, both play video games [see the pilot for confirmation on Zim doing so, and notice too, that the hero of Gaz's Vampire Piggy Hunter game series resembles a Tallest version of Zim in a leather outfit with badass weaponry], both tolerate GIR's random insanity, both eat the same foods [although he would have the alien equivalent, as per ZIM Eats Waffles], both incorporate piggies in their lives [see Big Bad Rubber Piggy & Bloaty's Pizza Hog, never mind that his former job was on FoodCourtia], both spazz out whenever frustrated or angry [but then everyone on this show does that], et al).

Wow. I wasn't aware of anything extensive beyond Jhonen's plans for the end of IZ (Zim becoming the almighty Smallest with Skoodge and Gaz's aid). Were all of these included in the commentaries or stated officially during conventions?
