That's what happens when they try to clean the rings off Uranus..... (that's bad, somebody shoot me, PLEASE!) Turns out they were skid marks left by Neptune!!!! (he hasn't changed his undies since he got his big bang) ....and every couple of hundred years, Pluto comes by for a sniff!!!
