Well there's been a couple of things that seemed changed in the way of animation. I don't know, some details don't seem to be as used to. The side of her head has this changing thickness while in previous episodes, all ponies used to have constant thickness in their outlines. Maybe an animator got sick before finishing the episode and his co-worker had to finish it? :­p

Or maybe I'm just being too over-analytical and lost myself in the details
