Well, the king himself is wonderfully done. The nose, the expression, the colors. It all comes together very nicely. But its style is a comic-shaded (or stylized) one, while the background is a more realistic atmospheric light rays. The light seem not to affect the figure, which makes it look like the figure is "copy-pasted" into the background.
I think adding some light on his left side (left for the viewer) and shades on his right side would make him more realistic. It's light you're painting (very good light btw), so adding it to the figure will make them blend much more.

Thank you very much for your construct criticism, I really appreciate it. And I understand why it looks like just "copy-pasted" onto the background, because it is The thing is, I was very tired and it was very late so I just rushed the background just so this drawing would have one and this is what I came up with I do agree that it looks out of place, If I would've spent more time on background it would've looked better. Anyways, I'm really happy that you like the character

All I can say, I hope you can improve your backgrounds and put in more effort to combine the foreground and background.

Don't worry, I just tend to read into smilies to easily, and that can lead to unintended interpretations. I would say if you're not happy with it, just try again.
