I could maybe recreate a being like that in 3D with Sculptris, or you could and it would be pretty popular I think! With Poser you could even rig it to be pase-able! : ) Great stuff!

Il give it a go aswell but your Sculptris skills are way more advanced than mine, Your skill in making the Celtic Knotwork for instance is excellent and would be great for building the twisted roots and branches of the tree? Iv never tried rigging but its something Iv been looking at, Looking forward to seeing what you come up with, Cheers

I'd love to try it thanks! Truth be told however my time is mostly invested in mu music creation lately so it may be a couple of months before I find the time to, I think I will though! I'll Note ya when and if I do it and send you the rigged 3D Model and credit you in any related pics here of course. : ) Should be fun, it's an interesting creature design! : )

Hey bro, That sounds fantastic, Id forgotten about him in 3D, No pressure on doing that though if your busy with your work, I never got round to giving it a try, but I still use Sculptris, poser and a few others in the 3D gang for my work, wouldn't be without those progs, Cheers buddy!!

update on this: i invested about four hours so far in attempts to create a proper full body morph object for this creature using several 3d modelling programs much newer than the old truespace software which i used to successfully use for that task with Poser but no longer have installed, so far i have hit a roadblock on resulting meshes being accepted by both poser and daz studio 4 as full body morph target OBJ objects. I tried many ways so far to not alter the polygon count in the poser and daz meshes without success so far apparently, but I haven't given up, it will just be longer than anticipated to pull this off successfully.
