When submitting the drawing in general, there is an option to submit it to the Group from there (it's pretty small though, so I don't blame you if you missed it).
Of course, you can always just go to the Group's homepage, select "Contribute Art", and go from there.

I have nothing against Amitie wearing a skirt, as she has for some of her outfits in Quest. But mentions of rape and death for the backstory of why she doesn't just feels so forced and out of place for Puyo Puyo.
He couldn't just say it's for the simple reason that he just likes drawing her that way; I usually draw Princess Peach without lipstick, but I'm not cramming in some twisted backstory as to why, its just a preference.
Nothing wrong with swimsuits either, but the problem is when people decide to be perverted when drawing characters in these.
