Hello Kindertrauma! You were there too, weren't you? Lol. An alternate version where the hot blonde got robotized instead, but then again, Kyo even made Vera look good in this version?!DiSCLAIMER: once again, not by me, but an excellent Kyo commission.

Yeah, Kyo was a champ and made Vera actually hot in this series!Β Imagine if that scene had a sexy Vera like this in it...Β Whoo!

The scene was implanted and burned so severely in my mind as a child, I couldn't help but think about it a LOT.Β I guess there is a scene at the end showing Vera somehow miraculously unconverted (lame) but they probably had to do that to avoid an R rating.Β What a wasted opportunity to not have Lorelei converted, even just partially.Β With the exception of a few cheesy animations, I still think most of the SFX hold up and look pretty damn real.Β I mean, this was probably the best cyber/robotification scene ever in a major movie, right?

Yeah, same here, that scene absolutely scared the crap out of me when I was a kid. We had Superman III on video, but I couldn't watch that scene for years afterwards, always turning away or leaving the room when it came to that scene. Still does to this day, actually.Β

Oh yeah, same for me, and for many of us, I'm sure...Β That was burned pretty deep in my psyche there.Β As horrifying as it was though, it didn't take long for me to start to imagine the hot blonde lady getting the treatment instead.Β Β

My trauma was made worse later on in the film when the computer grabs Superman by wrapping its cables around his face, it made him seem so helpless . . . and yet, I later developed an interest in ASFR, bondage and superhero humiliation. Come to think of it, I wonder if I can trace it all back to this film!?Β Β

I think you're inspiring me to try my hand at drawing again my last good picture was of a latex doggy suit but man i'm willing to go at it again. By the way I loved Lorelei in Superman 3 But i'm curious in the transformation sequence of Vera before her scared expression closes you can see she has eye liner and black lipstick. I'd probably do my own version or commission kyo of a comic similar to this one

I do like Kyo's art which is why i'm studying it. I want to help offset the work load Kyo's dealing with. I used to be able to get a commission within two weeks but I get my digital b quality ones in over a month because of all the backlog kyo has.

Oh that version of Evil Lyn... Β (-; Β She was awesome, and I highly concur. Β The movie got a bad rap but I think it was all part of a serious under-appreciation for 80's cheese. Β I thought it was WAY more entertaining and imaginative that a Michael Bay 90-minute explosion/camera rotation/chase/fight scene. Β I put it up there with Krull and Flash Gordon.
