I know there's like a billion other things I need to be doing right now but I just needed to do this...One thing I notice about certain Trophies in Super Smash Bros Brawl is that they like to talk about characters they don't have trophies for... For the Paper Mario Trophies they talk about Count Bleck a lot but there's no Count Bleck Trophy... Why the hell did "Error" get a trophy and not Count Bleck?
Marx is just another Kirby villain that got a song remix in Brawl but no Trophy explaining who he is.. Leaving people who haven't played Kirby Super Star to wonder what Marx is, and why he deserved a Song Remix... You'll notice there are no Kirby villain trophies... Kracko isn't a villain, he's a boss... Neither is DeDeDe, he's just Kirby's Rival...
But MARX was a villain! A Freakin Kirby Character that could talk! I'd like to think Dimention was modeled after him, seeing as they're both Manipulative Jesters...
Top one is like those Mini-Badges I've been working on and the one beneath it is Marx's true colors...
Edit: But even I would like some back story on this guy.. Not much is really known about him... He just kinda shows up out of nowhere, bouncing on that ball, being all cute, when in reality he's a super powerful being... He must have some kind of back story involving NOVA, seeing as he knows about it...

This makes Marx look as powerful and evil as he should have been represented in Brawl.
Also, concerning the origin/backstory for Marx, I wrote a 'fanfic,' if you will, concerning him and the beginning of the universe in Kirby, kind of depicting him as a demigod that controlled spatial powers and such, but I lost it unfortunately...

I too would love to see a back story for Marx - though I doubt he had anything to do with NOVA except knowing about it.
Marx is supposed to appear in the Mario comic I'm working on, eventually, but with more development as a character, and a small amount of back story. I assert that he was a regular Dream Lander at one time, but made a pact with Dark Matter to receive his powers. Plus, I needed a great manipulative villain character - I hope he fits in well.
He still remains one of the best Kirby bosses ever.
By the way, I love how you designed his wings in the top picture!

I suppose... But he would have to have known of it's actual existance somehow.. He wouldn't just tell Kirby "I heard of this thing Called NOVA", he knew for a fact it existed.

Well, the way he just outright says "NOVA the comet..." makes me think NOVA's existence is fairly common knowledge on Popstar - well, that most people would know about, and Marx immediately suggests that, with his plan in mind.
The comic starts here if you'd like to read it, but it's about Koopas and the Mario universe to begin with. Marx doesn't appear until about chapter 8... of 43.
