Nice portrait! I like your choice to use blue instead of the usual white; it adds a colorful effect to it.
(It looks a bit like indigo blue, but I can still consider it blue though XD)

Creepy, but in a good way! It feels like it's almost hard to meet the picture's eyes because they're looking straight at you, but at the same time almost through you. Like he's a literal snake who knows what your weaknesses are and how to use them against you.
