For lack of a better statement...the detail is amazing! Every little thing has its own bit of perfection, down to every single scale\hair\horn\sparkle. The very design of the dragon is fanstastic, and the color is just beautiful, every shade of it. It looks so peaceful and wonderful up there, the stars behind the clouds adding an extra touch of awesomeness. Even the signature in the corner looks great! This and most of your art deserves a Daily Deviation Feature.
Those are dragon shapes in the clouds, right? 'Cuz they look so subtle and so great.

Very nice dragon; the cloud detail is excellent.
One thing I noticed was that the base-shadow being cast on the clouds where the dragon is situated is poorly defined. It kinda makes it look like the dragon is just pasted on to the background
Overall, I really like this piece. The poem you wrote with it is beautiful.

Nice tones and background work. You seem to have a very good sense of design. The cloud dragon is nice touch. The shading of individual scales is very nice, however the transitions between types of scales seems rather abrupt. I suggest studying scale patterns on living reptiles, it'll help your work seem alive.

That's an amazing background hun, definately a good use of motion in the stars and the clouds, the dragon is just as good as well, you never fail to inspire me. I think I should draw a dragon
