It shows how lucky the wind is, Free to roam where ever it pleases. Free traveling. the wind is based on feelings. a element that is truly free, it shows many emotions, The Aquarius may be the water boy, but it's true element is Earth fire, water and wind, but the Wind element is the strongest, she gets angry. a tornado swirls, or just strong winds. when happy it either rains or shines it really depends on the personality.
