See, the story is a bit more complicated than one would think. Lena Oxton, my roommate, and one of my best friends since Pilot Academy was lost in time. Her Chronal Accelerator miscalibrated and it sent her spiraling across time, sending her to who knows where. And now she was back, here right in front of my eyes. As soon as I see her, I can’t help but already notice that something is off. Her movements are stiff and measured, almost as if she was carefully considering every movement she made. Her outfit was also quite outlandish, that’s a dangerously bold outfit, even for Lena. And finally, when she opens her mouth. Her voice seems hollow and emotionless, as if she’s trying to hide something from me.
“Hello Luv. I have returned.”
I have a lot of questions.

"Lena? Where have you been? Everyone's been worried sick since you just disappeared... What happened and what are you wearing?" I ask as I quickly walk over to her with a smile. I can't help but be concerned with her appearance and I wonder what happened, since she clearly wasn't on a mission.
