AwesomeZack and GlacialSiren484 one of these two users have created the power-up for the cat suit credits to one who created the cat suit.
This was edited to make it look like the Super Mario 3D world version as a pixelated version.

This is made by looking at SMM2 Toad in a cat suit and did sprite edits based on the shapes/geometry, and the color pallete to match something.

MachPK Toad vibration is a divine energy being that can't be described in words, his energy body only has just a spirit of pure love(he is a divine entity that only used his freewill for positive/loving things).
