I won't lie... I forgot just how much fun I have drawing Beast Machines Cheetor.

Little bit of trivia. Many years ago, after the show wrapped up, I tried doing a fan webcomic called Beast Machines: Generation’s End, taking place after the series, where i treated it like a Season Three of sorts. It didn’t last long and was kind of a mess. I was younger and didn’t really have as much of a grasp of webcomics and the differences between the and printed ones. I wasn’t prepared for the sheer workload of coloring the lineart. I wasn’t prepared with the storyflow. I wasn’t… Hell, I wasn’t prepared. But there was a few things in there that I thought were pretty cool. (Still do for a few of them.) The two biggest of them was turning the toy-only character Nightviper into a female. And the other was having Waspinator hang around Cheetor all the time, mocking him the entire time. But yeah, that was then.

The last couple of days, I’ve been feeling a bit artistically down. Not exactly feeling the vibe or sorts, you know? So I thought I’d take a little time to myself and revisit some old friends I used to draw all the time.

And like I said, I forgot how much I liked drawing Cheetor.
