I drew this as the first part of a series of pin-up girls I've recently started, with the theme of each pin up being based upon a friend of mine. The goal is to break up the monotony of drawing the damn pages for the comic. The first piece here is based upon a young friend of mine from up north named Jessica who's into the punk scene... Yeah, yeah, make your jokes now... But she's a really sweet girl who has more talent at her young age than most fully mature artists I've met.But then again, she thinks I'm handsome, so she's got to be REALLY farsighted...

i think her leg anatomy and the folds in the jacket could use a little bit of tweaking (line art only... the colors are great!)... but i like the rest. ^^

Yeah, you're right about the legs and coat. I could, should, and have donme better on that. I fell victim to that plague that curses most us artists... "It's late and I want to go to sleep, but I ant to finish this first."
Gonna have to watch that.

Cheerful blue haired High School girl into a current trendy scene... Not exactly the purist element of the life style portrayed by Sid and Nancy, ya know?
But she's still a sweetie.
