He actually is! Heβs in the comic story I actually worked on for Fun Publication. Long story short, depending on the continuity you go with, basically heβs the attempt to do Serpentor from GIJoe in the body of a Transformer. This backfired as he ended up with the Matrix (stolen, later returned) and the mind of General Hawk, creating a Decepticon with human sympathies and allegiance.
