Description
So three things with this...

1. I mentioned in previous posts that I recently got an iPad and I've been doing a lot more drawing on it. In fact, it's helped a lot with some issues I've been having about drawing. (My hands have been getting more achey and hard to draw with as I get older. (Part of it is carpal tunnel.) But it's a lot easier to draw on and relieves a lot of pressures on my hands. As a result... Other than the first two pages of this, I'm drawing things completely digitally these days. No physical pencils anymore. (Which I know sounds kinda quaint, but hey... I'm kind of an old school holdover.)

2. During this pandemic, I've gotten obsessed with the Diaclone toys of Transformers. To the point that I'm writing up bios and posting them on Twitter, and even coming up story ideas with them. Eventually I thought it'd be nice to do short stories, like how Hayato Sakamoto does for the Takara-Tomy toys. The idea here is a series set modern day in a post-G2 universe. (Not THE Marvel G2 Universe, but A G2 universe.) I mainly did this as a proof of concept... And it worked. I have to tweak some stuff for future postings but for the most part, I have a small silly microverse.

3. While this mainly focuses on the Diaclone characters, I brought in Elita-1 and Lifeline into the mix, because... Well, this came about from Lifeline. It started with making up a silly fake bio for her, using some of the original model sheet art in the style of the old Marvel Transformers Universe books, and... It snowballed into this. So for me, it made sense that she's sort of the main perspective on this. As for Elita? I like her toy, and the idea of one of the leaders of the comic being not the greatest military general of all time... But this French Resistance-like leader, who was more concerned with saving people than fighting the enemy.

So yeah, this is the first of what I hope will be many. I hope you enjoy it.
