After the events of the Great Reformatting, Cheetor became a more mature, but still hot headed spokesperson for the Technorganic citizens. When the Decepticons attacked, he was the first to stand and fight. (And get his ass handed to him!) He wasn't very well liked by the New Cybertronia Parlament, who feel Cheetor was an instigator of events, and slightly hold him in contempt for the actions of Optimus Primal and the reformatting. He was also the one to break off from the Parlament to find Optimus Prime, against their wishes.

Taking cues from the DHJ design and the Motorball body from Battle Angel Alita, Cheetor bore a "Damascus Blade" and flip down rollerblades to move as mach+ speeds. He is still in contact with the Oracle, who guide him in the form of a holographic form taking cues from T.A.I. from Robots in Disguise. Unfortunately, no one but Cheetor can even see her, so everyone thinks he's off is rocker... Except for the Axalon crew. He transforms into a dragster similar to Aeon Flux's split wheel roadster.
