Mat the Demented RabbitHere is a short film I made from September 2006 to May 2007 for my BA Hons animation degree - "Mat the Demented Rabbit".
The story involves Mat, a rabbit on the run from the relentless cops of Deco City. It is not until the end that you find out why.
Yeah, I know. The sound ain't the best and the story is, well...but I consider this film an experiment, to see what I could and couldn't do. But most of all, it was my chance to have fun and make my very own movie, with my own characters.

Oh, yes i did!
At the beginning i was confused what the whole movie was about, but then i simply started to enjoy the animations!
I mean it looks 100xtimes better than the cartoons nowadays.
So smooth moves~

Yeah I use Flash, but I also animate with more traditional techniques. For this film, I drew the frames on paper and coloured them digitally. If you want to know more you can note me ^^

Well as you said, the audio wasn't the best I've heard, but I liked the video a lot. The animation and backgrounds kinda reminded me of one 90's anime where everything looked grainy and not so colourful and bright as they do now, and this was funny to watch.

As I have said on your uderpage, I am absolutely in LOVE with your drawing style. Seeing it all in motion is absolutely stunning! I love the speed and fluidity of the animation. I could easily see this aired on television. It's very high quality and full of character!

The reason I added that part was to show an out-of-place moment where Mat could 'take a break' from panicing and being chased.
