I see your problem . . . the font size is bigger than normal . . . since the buttons have a fixed width they can't be changed when the text size is changed to bigger or smaller . . . try the normall font settings in firefox

it could be . . . but normally it shouldn't . . . at 1280x1024 there is a little difference, some buttons are a bit bigger or smaller . . .

could be the reason . . . even on 1024x768 are differences depending on the system it's running . . . a very weird problem
