Taken on the Clear Creek Trail next to Silverdale Washington. The red barn in this photo has been hear for as long as I can remember. Up to a few years ago. This was a active farm, but the owner died and for whatever reason his family did not want to keep the farm going here. One reason it could be is thanks to the high property taxes here, as this land would have been rezoned commercial. As the value of the land in this area has gone up a lot over the last 20 years.
