Hrm, this is quite interesting. Within the outer layers of the object, it looks as though their is a bubble, or a layer of soap that is reflecting some sort of cathedral windows. Not sure I'd want to pick this up, it looks a bit dangerous . From the other comments, I see that you said it's glass, but I'm still saying it looks like a bubble.
