Its a Douglas squirrel. A smaller squirrel located up here in western Washington.

Ah. I'm in Canada, but possibly south of you, located as I am in Southern Ontario. It's probably more of a west coast creature. We had red squirrels here when I was a young, but they've been largely supplanted by European Black and Grey squirrels in urban/suburban areas.

That of that is happening here, in the urban areas. I live in the country. Were they have not hit yet.

Cute. i almost had exactly the same shot the other day at the park, but the little s**t scampered off as soon as I got him focused in. I've noticed you and I seem to have similar interests in photography. maybe someday i'll be good at it like you.

They do that. Luckily this is in my yard. I get a bit more chance. It is consistent to. sense moving in their has been a Squirrel raising her young in it.
