Thank you.  But take into account that I don't have the vector on hand.  I certainly don't intend on stealing it, and had I drawn it with pencil at that angle so I could have inked it with the tablet, it would have been 3 unrecognizable blobs.  I don't deny it being sheer laziness, but at the same time, I didn't skip it for no reason at all.

well, Andy Price draws it this way in his comics. When she is seen from such an angle, her cutie mark is just three black diamonds, but I understand you didn't want to draw it

Thanks!  I've been browsing your work and it's all fantastic!  My style has definitely had some changes, hopefully for the better, but I really haven't drawn her since.  So, I hope you like it just as much ^.^

Well, I'm lazy when it comes to Cutie Marks, too In "Midnight Eclipse" Twilight's Cutie Mark sometimes shows up, but in most of the panels her wing covers the flank in a way that part of the mark should still be visible, yet I don't draw it

Yes, but for me everything I add is a pain: if I spend 10 seconds to draw something on the paper, then I have to spend God knows how much to select the blank part, clean it, color it, render it better, etc... when I'm coloring it on the PC; so deleting superfluous marks on ponies' flanks has become quite an habit of mine

well, you can use Price's trick and draw cutie marks with black ink only (the shape only, without leaving any place for the color)
