The second Lucario is Brian, AKA
I really like the RP that happened between us, where he turned into a muscled macro Lucario. i decided to throw in buff Flare as well because why not. I really like how the muscles came out actually. It looks nice.

What's happening in the pic is that there's a parade going on around the two since today is the anniversary of Silver officially becoming guardian of the city, so a lot of macros were invited. I simply focused on these two since Brian was the new one. He convinced Flare to become macro and buff at the same time, and flare always feels kinda silly all buffed up like that, even if he really does like it.

just realized there's a few things i forgot, like Brian's glasses and the shading on Flare's hair.... damn..
