Description
A photo very interesting.A butterfly landed on one of my fossil collection.
Encounter between a butterfly modern and very old fossil cockroach, aged 35 million years.
(sorry for the watermark, it's an old photo and then I was paranoid... lol)

Ah ok.
No, I'm not a biologist, I'm just passionate about zoology, entomology, nature, and of course photography.

Fantastic
Since this is a kinda nerdy picture. In English every Heterocea in common language is called moth.

Not being English myself, or Scottish.
I had (and have) a hard time here sometimes to translate stuff learned in my native tongue. The bird names do my head in....
This doesn't of course take away from the epicness of this picture.

Thanks. I love this photo...
I'm not sure I understood everything. :s
I speak French and absolutely no English (I translate all my texts and answers with Google translation)
again I'm new here. Registered since long time but I have used a few days.
So many things escape me, such as badges Lama, habits and customs, etc. ..

Mon français n'est pas bon.
Je voulais dire que les Anglais appellent tous les papillons de nuit "moths" et tous les papillons du jour "butterfly".
Γtes-vous un biologiste?
