Went to the thrift store and under some old DVD players i saw this
. I Saw this Compaq laptop. grabbed it for $10. I dont have a charger to test it here but i think i have something back at home to test it. If it does turn up working its getting windows 95.

Wow that's in amazing condition! Probably worth real money now too. Is the battery Li-ion? You could probably repack it with generic 18650 cells.

yeah it is. Windows 98 was telling me the battery was getting a charge because it was at 10%. i unplugged it to see if it would do anything but all it did was shut off and the speakers were making this weird noise
