Hahahahaha that's what I first thought you asked, but then I said, no maybe is asking about the title
Well then, the answer is, why not? hahaha I always think these Pokémon have some things in common, like their power, personality, etc, except for Lugia. Lugia was added at the end. When I put Deoxys, Mewtwo, Lucario, Zoroark, I thought, the second generation is missing, so, I didn't feel good, and decided to put one of each generation
I have many other drawings that include exactly one of each generation too, at least the generations that existed at the time they were made, but they were not planned like this one.
So, I just decided to put one of each generation hahaha

Hahahaha, oh yes. That Mewtwo. I was so happy with the returning of Mewtwo, and I still happy. But this new form, oh God. It wasn't necessary. I still have a hope that it is a whole new Pokémon, but it's obvious that it's a new form of Mewtwo. Meh, I'll get used to it
It's not that bad, but it's just like, the first generation Pokémon doesn't change forme

Well, hahaha, in some cases evolutions are needed, like Tangela, and some other not, like Rhydon
It isn't fair for the old Mewtwo, who was awesome with no forme changes, and now it may have a name like Mewtwo Ordinary forme, or whatever. And it isn't fair for the new forme, because it should be a new Pokémon, with its own number and position far far away from Kanto, with the #700's
I know that no one cares for things like these, but I do
