Oh, I colored the PokΓ©mon just with color pencils and the background with crayons. Then, I applied a filter with Photo Shop.

Well I really don't remember, I just try different ones, and change the levels of all that stuff and when I like it, I just click Ok I think I used one on the Artistic category, with Sponge or something like that, and, finally, one that makes all the edges thicker. Sorry, I just forget the names, I used to have the English version, but now I have one in Spanish, and I don't know the correct translations.
