Foster's is (c) Craig McCracken.This whole comic, which I'll be uploading in pieces, was done by ~airatainted . She doesn't appear to have the actual comic up on DA, so I'm going to enable comments and faves on these submissions.
As for why it took me so long to upload it...well, it wasn't until recently that it really won me over. I hope you guys enjoy it. ^_^
