It wasn't a live action one, it was like a cartoon, it was one where they were under attack by vikings, and some vegetarian hippie type person was visiting.

Oh God no, that one is awful. Check out '12 Tasks of Asterix' or 'Asterix in Britain.' Waaayyy better than that pop culture spewing monstrosity.
