I don't think they have necks... well, in the movie, their heads seem able to bend any direction they want it to...

They have necks, their just very slim... kind of like their wrists and ankles are.

I mean like, bones in their necks. I mean, when Nine's shoulder gets cut in the movie, you can see the metal 'bones' inside, right? (and when the twins mess with his zipper, you can sort of see bones there too)
