CONTEST THEME=The (Evil) Emperor's New Clothes:
Draw Zurg on a day off in casual clothing! After noticing that he always wears the same get-up without fail in every single episode (Casual Friday doesn't count since all he did was pull a sweater on over his armour).
Done in 45 intenses minutes.
He is Evil. He likes Capes. Maleficent's Suit is Here!
I've changed his horns...and i've also removed those things between 'nek' and shoulders....
