I love how people think that my pinkie from "feel the music " with her shirt is a bit naughty, while Fluttershy in "Stamp on the ground " dancing completely naked in front of a crowd is ok.
Made a little something for you guys so that you can sort out such naughty thinks.

This reminds me of a commercial I saw of, I think it was JC. A boy and a girl were making out, but as they did this they were putting on clothes rather than taking them off. Then the rest of the family consisting of father, mother and little brother walk in on them after shopping groceries, and they are all naked. The father lifts a grocery bag to hide the little brother's view of the clothed nudists.
If one is usually naked, putting on clothes is a real taboo.

i find stamp on the ground more "naughty" personally, probably because of the human-esque definituion on fluttershy (bipedal, using forelegs like arms, spine and sholder blades, etc) as well as the convineint tail covering and the fact that she is facing away.

Its not the present that makes christams. Its the anticipation and tension before and during unwrapping it.

I think it's kind of reverse psychology thing. We wear our clothes all the time so photos/ drawings without them can be classified as naughty. And perhaps with ponies it works other way aroud for some people.
But that's just a theory...

It is interesting. I am reminded of a comic (I wish I could find it) were Twilight is laying next to a tree trying to be sexy in front of Sorin. Its starts with out any cloths on and she is saying "Look I am naked". Were he replies "Meh". Then the next picture is of her with all sorts of cloths on and she says, "Now I am were more cloths then normal." Then they show him just drooling all crazy like he wants a piece of that.
Another reminder is of an old TV Comedy ( I can't remember name) were a Prince from a foreign land visits the US. He finds the lead female more arousing fully dress since in his coutrey almost all the women are naked. So for him nudity is more common then clothing. So clothing is erotic to him.
So same principle when it comes to MLP. Every episode we see them naked. So the thought of them in cloths, even if covering any possible erotic area, is still consider more arousing then naked. Then again that comes down to if you find Cartoon ponies arousing. That is a completely different subject.
I find that it is not just the fact that they are clothed. There is something to be said about the pose as well. Look at Pinkie in "feel the music". One could look at it and think she is dancing very provocatively. Holding the shirt down to cover her *ahem* Pie. I know she is just dancing and having fun. As for "Stamp on the ground". They just look like they are at a party or rave. Just like every other pony there. Though sure they may be there to get the attention of a couple of the boys... or girls. Still, they just like every other pony there. So it's less provocative.
Now as for AJ at the same club. She is definitely being provocative and naked.

It's interesting how adding something changes perception. With regard to clothing, I think it's all about peoples' imagination trying to fill in the blanks of what they perceive is underneath. The mind is dangerous and yet wonderful in that respect.

There are examples of that sort of thing with humans. Socks that go up to just below your skirt are sexier than no socks at all. Lingerie is sexier than nudity.
