Hehehehe..i make it with pen tablet for hardware, and photoshop for software...
1st you search image what you want to vector...
2nd used the pen tools and freeform pen toll for tracing...freeform pen tool i used for detailing hair...dont forget the cliping mask for layer shadow,highligt, etc.

just that,..hehehe...everyone can
