I just can't imagine a former James Bond wearing "purple polkadot pajamas", as far as I know 007 prefers to "go commando" in bed.... Meaning full battle gear and face paint, if I'm not mistooked

It's actually a UPS (Useless Piece of Shite)
Here on Earth most people, if not all, collect and bottle their earwax, toenail clippings and errant pubic hairs. 
Unfortunately, due to spatial issues, I find myself unable to indulge in these commonplace collections
Nonetheless I tirelessly endevour to fashion "virtual" objects of commensurate value that occupy no physical space.

I shall now store this Bling in a folder that currently contains, among other things, 3 Play School windows,  oversized gear wheel, shoebox, Connect2 table game, a broken chess piece.... It's been a good week!

Quite a good collection really.

On Skaro we collect planets and form them into an empire with subjugated natives who do all the jobs we don't like. You know jobs like driving busses, taxi's, cleaning, cooking, nursing, teaching, etc. We give these minions a barely subsistence reward for their efforts.

I believe several of your countries do the same thing with your own populations and immigrants?
