He's still a work in progress character,he's not even close to being finished. My characters are strictly for fun and my own entertainment <3

Weapon(s): A cut cord. (When plugged in, he can electrified victims, by using the cut cords)
Method of Killing:
-Normally with a quick kill, he'll only use he's cord, and sneak behind someone, wrapping the cord around he's or her neck, choking them to death. And if he's really having fun, he'll shock them a few times as there getting choked.
-Another way he kills is torture. He'll normally have he/she tied in a very quiet place, where no one really goes to, only to shock them, and after he get's what belonged to him, he would choke them to death. (Cause you know, can't really let someone go after that, but he would only do that if someone took something of he's)

-A few bracelets that he picked up, around certain places.
-A small chip, he likes to call, "Memory chip" when a lot of water will get into certain parts of he's body, and some memories will become very different, until the chip is back with it's owner.
Distinguishing Features:
-The techy marking on hes neck/leg's/arms, etc.
-The yellow bracelet say's "Error"
-The snake bites. (If you don't know what those are, it's below the lips, it's also jewelry)
-Only one of he's ear's is pierced (Right)
   PHYSICAL

Disorders/Sicknesses: Panic disorder. (Sometimes this would happen, mostly when he's alone)
Abilities/Strengths:
-In the winter, he doesn't need to worry about being overheated. He normally would go out in open spaces, without worry. (Normally he would stay in the shade, or in cold areas, but he may become stiff if he's out for to long )
Weaknesses/Faults:
-Water. (Sense he's pretty much half tech, he will began to 'glitch out' almost like twitching, depending on how much water comes in contact. A few drip's of it won't do much damage, only make him twitch here and there. Around a gallon of water would make him 'glitch out' but it's a lot worse. Sometimes a large chuck of memories will be destoried, or he may of problem's with certain joints.)
-The chip. From the chip, all he's memories are in the chip, everything he's ever seen or done. And if someone would get there hand's on it, they could rewatch all of it, and shut him down, with the kill code, which is pretty difficult it's self. Sense you will have to go through many fire walls to do so.
-If the kill code is destroyed he will have to deal with the memory loss. Sense there's no way of backing any of it up.
-Being overheated.
-If the temperature is below 35 he'll freeze up. Or have trouble moving certain joints. (Arms and legs) Causing him trouble.
