Richard and Melissa ship "themselves", Jhonen said at InvaderCon II that ZAGR would occur if romance were included, Eric Trueheart wrote some rather ZAGR-like ideas into the fabric of series finale Invader Dib, ZIM and Gaz in show canon do have common ground, Gaz's favorite video game hero (Vampire Piggy Hunter) resembles a Tallest ZIM and she has a Irken plushie by her bed in Gaz: Taster of Pork, the commentaries for the series' DVD said "Gaz is ZIM's potential love interest" and Melissa herself said of the little demon seed she voices that "Gaz can love, she's just better than everyone else", etc.

Plus, there is also ZIM's former Foodcourtia job and since Future Dib showed that even ZIM fears Gaz (something he'd outwardly deny vehemently, until Gaz forces him to quit his noise hole), meaning that once Gaz would become Queen per Invader Dib, she could have Foodcourtia be converted into something like Bloaty's. As for video games, the pilot shows ZIM playing one in his base, NanoZIM has Gaz mistake one of ZIM's devices as a handheld video game, and since she goes cockpit-to-cockpit against ZIM in space battle, it could be easily assumed that the Voot and any other Irken space vessel runs like a video game as well. So given all the subtle (and not-so-subtle) hints and direct support from the head writer, voice actors, and even the creator himself, ZAGR seems the likeliest, even if it is an underdog pairing.

DATR would be one-sided mostly from Dib to Tak, who would be manipulating him. As for GAGiR, it's more like a child with its mommy, given ZAGR and the fact that GIR is more like a special needs child or pet than a capable minion (unless Gaz reprograms him to be better and probably serve her whims over ZIM's).
