This piece was made in photoshopThe Name means Bear Nebula (it looks to me vaguely like a bear, and astronomers have always has a degree of Poetic License)
The planet texture is a heavily modified texture from =resurgere 's excellent stock archive its from one of their ice packs so thanks to them
and ~Qzma nebula tutorial was used to make the nebula
