I wanted to do a fan art of the time when knuckles was little... His father had taken him away to train him to be a guardian of the master emerald. Right in the middle of the desert... Knuckles Dad just turns around and says.. "well, your all by yourself now" and just walks off and disappears into a ring of fire. Depressing huh? Oooooooooh that part, to this day, makes me want to CRY! But it was an inspiring story... the mystery of a father so far away and yet secretly watching over his son and stepping in when things got a little too much. Oh! I love tihs because you can see the trouble in Locke's face- he knows his son will be afraid and lost about what happened to him or where he went. Aw.... *sob*
