Description
Chief Hoopa of the Expedition Society, Unova branch! Her personal quest is to scavage the globe for her missing prison bottle. She is quite passionate about it, much to the chagrin of her teammates (or "cadets").
She is also a relatively new Hoopa, but that's not something her cadets need to know! (I follow a cannon that mythical pokemon are continually reborn, meaning her predecessor recently died.)
