Actually, this isn't that bad. The hair outline could be a little bit bigger though. You colored her perfectly, and her cutiemark is amazing! You also colored her hair in the right order. This is very good, keep up the great work! You could also try drawing them by yourself (but who am I the one to talk? I use bases too), but nice job!
