In my opinion, the Decepticons have a horrible trust for each other in anything

The only loyal person in that room is Soundwave, and he ends up taking up leadership once Megatron turned over a new leaf. Now we have Nu Decepticons that actually "deceive" people and still walk the path to equality as Megatron's visions originally intended.
