I do not think Doofenshmirtz belongs to here, because he is not really a villain. Ultimately, he is just an insecure dimwit, and was never portrayed as an actual villain even in his first appearance.

The portfolio of disney villains for their animated series really quickly changed over the years. Back in my days we had Nega Duck, the Beagle Boys, Don Kanarge and Fat Cat as our Tv series villains. Heck, even Dr. Draken from Kim Possible seems no totally outdated. Time past very quick.

I miss the old shows. 
But it's still nice to see the kids reactions to the modern shows.

They charge at the villains, Star using her wand to stun them and leaving them vulnerable to her and Marco's physical attacks.

Marco does a sweeping move, taking down most of the villains. Star does a high jump and blasts them while they're down.
